If your squishy arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Because squishies are a hygiene/handled item, we can't accept returns of used or opened squishies for change-of-mind. Mystery Boxes are final sale unless something arrives damaged.
